📜 Booking Terms & Conditions — Oudysah Studio
🕒 Punctuality:
Please arrive on time for your reserved session. Any delay will not extend the booking duration.
💰 Payment:
Your booking is confirmed only after the required amount is transferred and the payment receipt is shared with us.
⏳ Extension:
If you wish to extend your booking, please inform us in advance. Each additional hour is charged at SAR 150.
🔄 Cancellation & Refunds:
Once the booking is confirmed, the amount is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, the full booking fee will be forfeited.
⚡ Lighting & Equipment:
Only one lighting setup may be selected (Profoto or Godox AD600pro for photography – Nanlite for video).
Personal equipment that may affect the studio setup is not allowed.
🚫 Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Hot food and drinks are not allowed in the shooting area.
👥 Number of People:
The number of people allowed depends on the booking type.
Additional attendees will incur extra charges.
🧹 Cleanliness:
Please keep the studio clean and return it to its original condition after your session.
📸 Professional Use:
The studio may only be used for photography and video production.
Any misuse or activity that violates public or studio regulations is prohibited.
📝 Acceptance:
Completing the booking process constitutes automatic acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
